Off-topic Post: Lovely People and Other Things

Hello, all you lovely people!

So, I have a couple of things to say. First of all, the fabulous Entish from Audible Candy and Carrie from Just One More Chapter... presented me with the 'One Lovely Blog Award', which is cute beyond words. Thank you! I'm going to take this opportunity to share some really good book blogs and spread some link love. ;) Here are the people I am passing the award on to:

1. Emidy (Une Parole) - Her love for cosy mysteries, thought-provoking discussion posts and her super friendliness have won me over. :)

2. Izzy (My Words Ate Me) - I recently discovered this great blog, but the totally original title and extremely witty posts have made me fall in love with it!

3. Toni (Nowhere Fast) - Toni's got a lovely personality and a great variety of delightfully written posts - which makes up for an ah-dorable blog. :)

I had my IELTS exam yesterday, which went well, and now the only thing I've got left to do is the speaking test, which will be held this Friday. And to all those who sat their A-levels last June know we got our dreaded results on the 19th - but I'm pretty pleased with mine! I'm so glad all the hard work paid off - and that I'm done with school. :)

This week's activities almost brought my reading to a standstill. I'm about halfway through Order of the Phoenix - actually at the point Harry kisses Cho for the first time. His post-kiss dream is pretty funny. It'll take me at least two more days to finish, so in the meantime, I'm planning on posting these Dexter review posts I'd written back in July. That's right, Dexter - your favorite serial killer. ;)
